Vitality Bowls Castle Rock - Brenwood

Ordered the tropical smoothie and all I can say is delicious! It wasn't too sweet, wasn't bitter and I didn't taste too much banana... It was perfect!

10 outta 10 every time and every franchise I've been to. Never a disappointment. So good makes me want to open one up myself. Try it before you deny

Enjoyed my breakfast bowl however minus 2 stars because the Dragon Smoothie was water down. Great bowl to start your morning but if your looking for a smoothie this isn?t the place. And yes there was a pretty long waiting time like the others reviewsstated. So minus another star.

Delicious food! Really friendly staff! Especially the owners, they were very accommodating and seemed to care a lot about their customers. I love having a healthy place nearby that?s also tasty.

Definitely try the wrap/bowl and smoothie combo
