Courteous customer service but not friendly as I would have liked them to be.

I’m a big fan but to go orders are seriously sub par. This is supposed to be a shrimp poboy? Looks like a whole lot of lettuce and tomato to me

This establishment is being run by incompetent, and vindictive upper management. They will tell an employee one thing and then do something completely different. Plus the food isn’t that great!! I’m not an x employee either. This happened to someone I know.

Neighborhood place for fried food, game-watching, and beer.

Started going to Bluebonnet location once a month for the past year, and all was well, with the exception of my family 's last visit this Monday. Orders were wrong, and when they were returned, the kitchen complained that they prepared as ordered . When the corrected orders were returned, they were wrong, as well as cold (hamburgers). Obviously, I don 't know what I like to eat, so I should just let them choose for me next time....at least it might be warm...
