One of the worst customer service. They were only serving drive through people.I wait 15 minutes and I will request the owner to check the camera in the lobby between 10.45 and 11.05 and can see howmany people were waiting and howmuch time each person waited. Staff was more than enough but service was worst.
Just stopped for a few tacos and burritos. we were surprised (early). that were the best beef tacos we had in one! fresh, hot and delicious! oh, and the staff was nice to us and seemed really happy to work there. a winning combination!
I was here a few times. my children are Bell fans and that was the most disappointing. the potatoes must have been from midday. they were so hard that I almost chippewa tooth. they say because they look forward. 2 fiesta kartoffeln and 2 fiesta kartoffeln tacos. They made a knocking noise when you fell off, it sounded like cubes. please talk to their management. terrible quality control!
If I could leave a negative score I would! We ordered a STEAK chalupa combo (2 chalupas and a taco) and we got 3 BEEF tacos. We received a Pepsi instead of a root beer. The steak quesadilla wasn’t even melted or together. The “nacho Bellgrande” with EXTRA BEEF there was no extra meat or the onions added at all and i make better at home nachos than this is just chips with lettuce! Aside from the disappointment and wrong items, there were many up charges we gladly paid for but then didn’t receive. I get that it’s Taco Bell, but this is seriously ridiculous. If I created anything like this at my job, I’d be fired.
