Stayed there for a night while in town. I found the beds very comfortable and had a nice view of the forest trails out back from my window. The pool was nice, with a water slide. The staff were absolutely lovely. The restaurant was nice, had a good meal there, and the waitress was extremely respectful and tolerant when my grandmother made some comments that she probably should have kept to herself. The staff definitely made the stay more comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you're ever looking for a place in Bridgewater for a few nights. There are also lots of pamphlets for activities within the area around the lobby, so finding things to do is easier in that way.
Excellent hotel. We stayed for two nights in a King suite room as a family and had a great experience. Absolutely top notch customer service (the front desk staff were all so friendly and accommodating! , clean and comfortable room, great hot breakfast and restaurant on site, and a nice pool for the kids. Conveniently located for visiting both the south shore and interior lake country.. Would stay again.
I just wanted to say. Barb (I think that was her name) in the breakfast buffet was hung out to dry on a busy holiday weekend (Aug 6th) Managers left her stranded while front desk ladies chilled. She ran around and managed a full restaurant on her own. She was in the weeds and she kept running around, smiling and gave the best, friendliest service. You rock Barb and hope you get some support next time.
We go here every year from sackville and have a 2 day beach trip. We love coming home from the beach and swimming in the pool. The included breakfast is delicious and the staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. My only issue with it is that the prices almost tripled since last summer but thats sort of understandable.Nearby activities: Rissers beach is wonderful and jacs burgers is an amazing 60's themed restaurant
