Mdm Noodles - Brighton

Delicious food, fast service, decent prices Came here for lunch, got the garlic and chili cucumber and two orders of the mala soup, one veggie one seafood. Both were great. The broth was a wonderful balance of pure spice and rich umami. The cucumber washeaven on earth, super garlicky and spicy. Service was super fast and will 100% will come back!

Such a great place. Highly recommend. (Detail see below) first thing first, they served us bottled water for free instead of tap water. Feeling their hospitality. everything in this bowl is happiness. Stewed beef, veggies, peanut, sour cowpea are allso traditional. The soup base is great too, which I finished it all. Need to note that the flavor is more northern Chinese) $13 per person with huge amount. Very satisfied I feel like I?m eating in the place downstairs of my Inner Mongolia familyapartment. I live in Tampa, but during my visit to the Boston area, I decided to try this restaurant and it was so good that I returned twice. Everything I ordered was delicious, but I particularly enjoyed the taste and texture of the hand-pulled noodles. The decor and atmosphere are simple yet clean and pleasant, and the service is polite and efficient. The prices are extremely affordable. If I lived in Brighton, I would definitely be a regular!

As a disclaimer, I haven't visited in a couple of years, but I absolutely adore MDM Noodles. Their beef scallion noodles are incredibly delicious and my favorite dish on the menu. I highly recommend MDM Noodles to anyone who asks for great noodle spots (and believe me, it comes up often!). I really need to go back since I'm not too far from the restaurant.

What an incredible place! The food is absolutely delicious, and you can really taste that it's made from scratch. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place!
