Only what goes for this place is location. came to work here. the service was so slow. menu prices are very high. we waited for over 45 minutes all the table to get her food. When my steak came, it was time to get back to the office. in the round I have inhaled my food. it was good as I demanded. but for the price there are better restaurants in the environment. I wouldn't come back. I'm sorry that no picture of my steak was in a massive hurry.

I 'm suprised at the poor reviews here! We visited for lunch on Saturday. The staff were great, chatty and helpful. I ordered the rump and my wife had the fillet steak. My steak was a perfect med/rare and my wife 's was slightly over med/rare. However, no dramas! Still tasted good with fresh chips and an acceptable stock salad. Prices were on par with other pub type restaurants and not overly expensive for the CBD. Only complaint, if you can call it a complaint, is that American mustard is not Hot English mustard! (But thanks for your efforts! Overall, very good for a 'pubgrub ' steak with good service.

The food and drinks were overpriced $86 for 2 meals and 2 drinks) and the meals were cold on arrival. Will not be returning to a Pig N' Whistle.

Terrible! My partner and I visited after his citizenship ceremony. We ordered a drink at the bar first then sat down. We were approached my 1 waitress who after a couple of minutes playing with her iPad told us she would need to get someone else to serve us. Said waitress then returned about half an hour later when we wanted to order some more drinks, and told my partner they didn't have super dry..even though he had 2 pints already! She also asked if we enjoyed our meals and tried to take our cutlery, we hadn't had our meals!! Dined Friday night. Location good. Service was disappointing. Food unimpressive. Had nachos which were very dry did they forget the cheese) and expensive. Not good value. Would not recommend this place for a meal.There was a guy playing guitar and he was good. Perhaps just call in for a drink although my wine wasn't very cold. Not much to like here.
