Burger Urge - Brisbane

These burgers are actually quite good for a chain type of operation. You can choose from a large selection of burgers and rolls to make your ideal burger . I had one of the house specials, the chicken burger and it was delicious.

Beef rib and bacon burger was awesome! Chicken califonia was alright. BBQ buffalo wings were crispy and excellent.

On Easter Saturday, my husband and I showed up with our 3 hungry children to Burger Urge at Chermside. I had seen on the Burger Urge facebook page a few days earlier that they had advertised their opening hours, which had said 11am to 9pm on Saturday. When we showed up, all the doors were shut expect for 1. We walked in & asked if they were open, and were told they were closed and it should've been updated on the facebook page.Since then, my husband has been in contact with Burger Urge head office who have been very good at responding quickly and investigating. Unfortunately though, it seems that Burger Urge Chermside isn't too bothered by the situation it created for us, and instead of calling us like they were told to by their head office, sent an email apologising and saying they won't do it in the future. What a shame that they don't think treating their loyal customers better than a pathetic email that doesn't appear at all genuine.When this occurred, we had to dine elsewhere, and when we explained the situation to 2 other stores who were open on the night, they told us this was a regular occurrence by this particular store, and not to be at all surprised.

Great burgers, great service. Always enjoy going to dinner or lunch and eating. The sweet potato fries are awesome and go great with chipotle. Cant wait to have again!
