Absolutely disgusting customer service and a rip off on price. I’ve worked in the industry and the gaslighting from your owner tonight was horrid. $9 worth of chips they claim is 900g and would feed 3 people. She wasn’t very happy when I weighed it “who’s going to go back and weigh their chips?” Umm.. anyone who isn’t willing to lay down and let you walk on them. All they could offer me was to not return.

Last 2 occasions the food has left alot to be desired. Either you can't eat it, or the order is messed up. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

These guys were open on a public holiday in a tucked away area. Size/Portion was very small for price paid but I was happy they were open.

Chips used to be reasonable portions, and the proper fish and chip shop chips, chunky. Now they resemble hjs chips. And even though this place is a bit more expensive the quality of the food used to make the convenience of having them close worth it. Not now. This was $6 worth of chips. I bought for 3 people thinking we'd have plenty, as $5 worth used to feed 4 of us with leftovers. This is a 20cm container and it wasn't even full. Chips were old, dry, chewy and overcooked. Oil must have been ages old. Last time we got fish it was overcooked too and super dry. Save yourself the headache and drive a bit further to the Fisho. I will be from now on. At least the quality of their food is always impeccable and portion sizes are great. Edited to include reply to owner: so 2023 means terrible portion sizes and inedible quality? I could understand a price increase if the quality was still there. Sadly it is not. Even the 12year old wouldn't eat the chips.
