Starbucks - BRISTOW

Every time I go to this Starbucks, I have a bad experience. They never know how to make the new drinks that come out, no wait, they don't know how to make any drinks in general.There's always something that taste off about them. I haven't had one good experience there. Don't ever come to this FAKE want to be Starbucks. It's a waste of money.

Basically a dismal Starbucks kiosk. Not really anyplace to sit, cramped. I feel sorry for the kids who work there. They always seem miserable. Use a little gas and go to the Starbucks at Atlas Walk instead. At least it's a more pleasant environment to enjoy what you are already paying way too much for.

This place is so slow. We have been here several times with maybe two people in line and have waited to get our drink over 20 minutes. Just walk over to Dunkin Donuts there quicker.

The coffee is usually pretty good but recently I went there at 8pm because their website said that this location closed at 9. When I got there all the lights in the Starbucks were out and we found a worker who told us they close at 8 so their website is wrong.

Hard to get a hello from some staff members, they look at you like they are the public assistance administration and they are unhappy to see you, instead of the 7 dollar coffee place. Others try to make up for it because they are embarassed by their co-workers attitude. Burned coffee is not a selling point, customer service is, that's why I prefer to go to Starbucks 20 minutes away in Fair Lakes at East Market
