North-western style Chinese food in small plates.Recommendation: Signature lazhou beef noodles兰州拉面, mutton on the bowl 手抓羊肉We ordered signature lazhou beef noodles 兰州拉面, special oil spill noodle 油泼面, mutton on the bowl 手抓羊肉, mo crispy flatbread 火吧烤饼, monstrous plate chicken 大盘鸡, sweet and sour ribb 糖醋排骨. Signature is always the best. The size for each plate is small but that is ok as the price is not expensive. The taste is good for all dishes. However, the noodle in the monstrous plate chicken is too soft. Probably the noodle were prepared too early and soaked in the soup for too long. It would be better if their noodles are handmade.We spent less than $30 for 6 people in total. This is an advantage as the restaurant is in Manhattan. :

I ordered signature Lanzhou beef noodle with thin noodle option. It was delicious and very affordable! Indoor was very clean and spacious. They are also very friendly too. I’m pretty good at dealing with spicy food and it was not spicy for me so if you love spicy taste you can ask them make it more spicy I guess! It was delicious I’d love to go again ?

Was on the look out for Lanzhou noodles and they definitely hit the spot! Delicious broth and noodles, clean space, and lovely service!

2nd visit: Mar 2023We were back to this restaurant to introduce my mother to their amazing hand-pulled noodles. And, she loves it.We ordered Signature Lanzhou Beef 当州牛肉面 , Braised Beef Noodles 紅焼牛肉面 , Braised Lamb Shoulder 黄焖羊肉 , and Sweet sour short ribs 糖醋小排 . The foods were good, especially the noodles. It was soft and chewy, which my mother can eat without difficulty. We recommend ordering extra wide noodles as their texture is amazing. The lamb and pork were tender and flavorful.For the drink, we ordered Eight treasures tea 三泡台 . It is not in the menu, you have to ask the server. We totally recommend it. Most of the ingredients in the tea are edible, such as Longan, Dates, chrysanthemum flowers, Roses, and Raisin.The services were fast. The manager was super nice.
