Kai Ramen Sherman Oaks - Broad Channel

I’ve gotten take out here twice and liked the black garlic ramen tonkotsu ramen 4/5. Portions are large packaged very well. I got rangoons last time which I thought were too sweet I wouldn’t get them again. For the ramen I got the highest spice level but thought it was low to moderately spicy since I have a preference for spicier food and like it when it’s really hot. Big bowl of cozy on a cold day for sure!

Food was really good but the lady who was there in the evening was not friendly and lacks customer service for that reason alone not sure if I would be visiting again.

Soup bland slightly wired taste gross will not be going back !

I received cold veggies and dry pork dumped on top of fresh noodles. The tonkatsu ramen was bland and watery and every bite reminded me that most of these ingredients were just dumped out of a fridge. I make better ramen at home. I've been to other locations and had great ramen so I'm not sure where this one went wrong. I recommend avoiding this location.

I like this restaurant the most. I will come here in the future.
