We ordered a lox and cream cheese on a whole wheat bagel, but our celebration quickly turned sour when both of us got sick with sore throats afterward. This morning, eager to give it another try, my wife ordered a salmon salad on a sesame seed bagel, only to find it was about to spoil. I ordered a tuna fish melt on a whole wheat bagel, which had to be returned due to the lack of cheddar cheese. The replacement tasted off, as if it were about to spoil too. It seems like if you go early enough on a Saturday morning, you get the previous night's spreads. We spent about $35 and didn't even get a receipt. We were deeply disappointed and upset that what was meant to be a special breakfast was ruined. I would not recommend Pick a Bagel if you want good, fresh sandwiches. Thoroughly disappointed, Haimdat and Minache
I needed no dairy- the tofu cream cheese was delicious.
I was treated so poorly by 3 staff members when I tried to place an order.. the cash girl told me to order ‘over there’ the over there people told me to order with the cas girl.. all very nasty to me.. made me feel like coming into their store with money to spend.. made me wrong.. laughing while I waited in line twice!! The food is mediocre.. who needs the aggravation.. I won’t be back…. I’m sure the owners of this business would like to know how their customers are made to feel due to the lack of organization.. a worker was not wearing gloves and used a dirty knife to cut a sandwich.. A complaint was made to 311
The staff working the counter are really rude. Since we were ordering coffee, he told us to go over there and talk to him, and since the white man was ordering coffee, he told us to prepare coffee.
Definitely overpriced. Paid attention when you coming to cashier. Lady like to overcharge people Just give to hands up
