Poor customer service and an inefficient operation. Told us we were waiting 15 mins for food but gave some customers numbers and us none. Incredibly disorganized. We asked multiple times and the staff was unable to provide us an update. Then they said someone “stole our order” 30 minutes in. It’s like the spirit airlines of burgers.

Pathetic place that didn't allow us to go in just because the security was insanely racist. They were making fun of us saying that we can only go in only when they decide when they were no one else in the line. And two other guys were standing ahead of us making racist jokes on us saying that we are enjoying outside so stand behind us. Avoid at all costs. Horrible is less of a word to describe.

Says closed at midnight on Google, it's 11:05 p.m. they closed the door on my face.

Very good classic burger! Melted in my mouth and the fries were excellent!
