Wendy's - Broad Channel

The service is terrible. This employee doesn't even know how to use the redeem coupon in the system. She doesn't even ask the manager for help. If she doesn't know how to do it, why don't just ask someone for help , I spent a long time working in the cash register. It wasted a long time. The calculated money did not match the money in my coupon. They wanted to charge more money more not as coupon. She really need to be trained properly. Don't pretend to understand.

Good food like most Wendy's, they also have the free style soda machines so if you wanna mix and match you can or even just have a big cup of water and not a stupid bottle!

Frosty never disappoints. One penny Jr. Bacon cheeseburger today. Hooray. Love there fries.

Ordered around 12:30AM Staff was rude with attitude, from ordering at that menu to both the first window and the last window, staff was rude. I ordered 3 crispy chicken sandwiches with the Biggie Deal. Didn’t realize till I got home that they gave me 3 JR. Bacon Cheeseburgers. I don’t eat bacon or anything pork. So I basically had my time wasted and over $20s of food wasted. Overall horrible experience. Was only able to eat the fries and nuggets. And had to throw out the rest. Horrible experience. An Incompetent and Rude Midnight Staff. Very poor reflection of Wendy’s. Very disappointed.

They got my order out fast and didn’t mess it up either! It doesn’t seem like a huge complement but in todays world that’s a lot to ask for and they deliver
