Wendy's - Broadlands

Was completely ignored and was given absolutely no service. Don’t bother coming to this location completely bad personnel and management. Was seen by at least 3 different people but still no one would come and help me. Not worth even giving the time of Dayton this place.

Ordered via the mobile app, got there about 10 minutes later for the window pickup. Was told to go wait in the mobile parking. Waited over five more minutes for them to come out with the food. That's not very fast at all. Why even bother with the mobile app

Freshly made, piping hot chicken nuggets. Absolutely no complaints.

Stopped in with my sister and all our kiddos for lunch. Service was excellent. All employees were busy, on top of things and very nice and friendly. The restaurant and bathroom was clean and tidy. All the food was correct and I couldn’t believe how many fries we got with the medium. Everyone had left overs. The manager(I believe) came out to check on us. She was very nice and asked if the kids’ nuggets were good and if she could get us anything. Would highly recommend this location.

Wendy's is Wendy's very consistent across the country.
