I went to this restaurant was a little SKEPTICAL Becuase of the , but I said let’s give it a try… thinking I was going to get fresh food, mom tasted it and said nope it’s REFRIED??I was pissed because I noticed that’s why everything taste extremely HARD, I purchased an extra pikliz box that was 1.75, 1.75 for the little container of Pikliz that was Also as trash ? as the whole meal, my bill with the griot fritay was 25$ that’s with the extra little box of pikliz and a Couronne. I decided to call to see if it was just a mistake or something because we were all in disbelief (the Haitian folks I was with?? , the cashier that took my order answered the phone and told me they make it in the Morning! and then He tells me that “I dont know what to tell you”. That was my experience and hope that yours will be better then Mine.

The customer services is horrible, they do not abide by the time food is supposed to be ready. And it’s overly priced for the full experience

Very unprofessional. The Food is horrible and the staff was yelling on the phone with my food open just in front of her I guess with saliva) I trashed the food when I got home

Went to Jeanos and ordered the fried snapper with rice and beans with plantains and it was delicious!!! Went back the next day and got this chicken which I believe they boil it then fry it with white rice, bean sauce and plantains. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was great and they were friendly. We walked in and got a table right away and the food came quick. We will definitely be returning very soon ?.

I come once a week I love this place, food is amazing.
