I don’t know why you people think you deserve $15/hr when you can’t do the job for 8. You guys constantly f*ck orders up. Learn how to do a simple job.

Service is terrible. Took 10 mins to get me 2 cheeseburgers and some nuggets, then they only put 9 nuggets in my basket. I think the server needs to go back to preschool to learn how to count.

It's 6:50 in the morning. i am dead. i am craving a delicious, sweet iced coffee. me and my friend pull into mcdonald's, the worlds biggest fast food chain. we order: and the lady was very rude. we decide, whatever. we will give the coffee a chance. coffee never fails. but this time it did. it was watery. no flavor was there. no ice. big waste of my $2 and 11 cents. i will be thinking about this situation while i volunteer my time during a pandemic

The local McDonald's in Brodhead is one of the worst I have ever been to. The service is so slow and often the food is not right. It's frustrating to order a hot chocolate with no whip cream just to wait in line for this and then get the whip cream. Many times fries or other small items are missed. They offer two order lines but the wait for the food is horrible.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. You might as well not go through the drive thru because you'll be pulling off to go inside to have your order corrected anyway. I would say out of the last seven time I have been here six of those times there has been something wrong in the order. If I could rate 0 I would. Something is seriously wrong with management here. Ridiculous!
