The waitress didn’t have the necessary casual charm, and the service took a long time. This is the first time I’ve felt let down by my experience here.

The food was served at the right temperature, but the restroom facilities were not well maintained. One toilet was broken, and the overall cleanliness of the dining area and bathroom left much to be desired.

As usual, it was quite cold! Other than that, we go there primarily for the kids.

Spaguetti with meatballs. floury balls. Not the taste of meat but flour. Spaguetti not half cooked.

Very loud, staffed by teenagers who don’t give a ****. Floors are caked in olive oil and bathrooms are filthy. Food is cooked in microwave. AVOID!
