Popped in for a coffee as someone recommended this place. Coffee was very nice as was the toasted teacake. Staff were attentive and friendly. It was a relaxed atmosphere with lots of regular customers. Will definitely be back. It is fairly small so you may want to avoid busy times. I don't agree with dogs being allowed in coffee shops but I'm sure there are plenty of dog owners who would disagree. Other than that...a great little find.
Lovely place. Staff very helpful with gluten-free and dairy-free requirements. Relaxed atmosphere. Easy parking.
Stopped by for coffee with friends but was alarmed to see lack of proper spacing between tables and far too many staff on constantly either waiting beside tables in the way or huddled together, too crowded to be relaxing, only needs one person on till and one to wait on tables surely.
Lovely little place. Friendly Staff Common sense ? No Asked for 4 buttered hot toast. At £1 a slice you expect perfection. After a conversation about would you butter it for us you said no problem. It arrived unbuttered. You apologised took it away However it then arrived half buttered. The edges seemed to have missed the knife. Butter was in a little square in the middle of the toast. It was lukewarm toast that had evaded the butter. Naughty toast infact. Customers crave for hot buttered toast don’t mind paying £1 a slice. If you can’t think about the preparation don’t take the cash. Your little shop was quite busy so we didn’t want to voice our concern whilst amongst your regular clients. We left the toast and went. Your coffee was quite nice though. Practice makes perfect girls it’s not hard to perfect a slice of toast.
