We joined the Orange Kitchen cookery school for the Christmas dinner course. Cooked a good selection of food, chicken Wellington, sprout gratin and pigs in blankets, alongside learning some knife skills. The course was well organised with stations being cleaned whilst watching Paul’s demonstrations, cooked tasty food that we could try once there and took decent portions home, enough for another 2 meals!
They have a delicious selection of cakes. Their tuna, mayo and salad baguette is delicious. They also have some good gifts in their shop there. They are very expensive though (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). They are near the country and they have a restaurant and a selection of shops
My Polish friend really enjoys this place. The food is fantastic, and we visit every week!
The restaurant is fantastic! They serve a delicious breakfast and a Sunday carvery that you won't want to miss. Make sure to book ahead, as they get quite busy due to their popularity. You can also find some wonderful items from their farm-fresh bakery, and the cream cakes are enormous and of top-notch quality. I highly recommend trying the kebabs from the butcher's counter as well. If you're looking for a quick bite, be sure to check out the hot deli counter or the sandwich station!
