Papa John's Pizza - BRONX

I found that on my pizza. I called to talk to a manager, and I asked him to give me an email or so that he could just see what was on the pizza and everything he could tell me was that he was busy. absolutely disgusting and the manager incredibly unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. they took my order at 1:05 o'clock gave me confirmation and delivery time. and I waited until almost 3 o'clock and never got the command. smh. they also called me back to let me know that my order would come to me in 45 minutes.

Today is 5/19/22 4:20 clock that was just a joke. I received my delivery fresh n hot n just as I order it. it is great if pants n his crew is workin. keep the GROSS WORK?

I love the prices and the Pizza is good HOWEVER you guys waste too much time talking and struggle to get the things you need across the street. It Should Not Take that long for you guys to start making your Pizza. If you guys stop being lazy half the time and actually work. I would give 4 or 5 stars. I havent experienced any issues except waiting time. Sometimes you guys take too long. Papa Johns get some workers that put in the work. Oh and the Menu changes way too fast on the TV Screen. Please have a Menu up at all times for new Customers.EDIT: I see an improvement in workrate, getting the Pizza ready faster and less sloppy. Good! Now from a 3 to a 4 Star
