Jack's - Brook Highland

They never give a lot of fries with the tender meal and get offended when you ask for more. They also give you baby tenders and feel you should be satisfied. This has happened to me a few times at a few different Jacks so y'all should just do better all around.

Came through drive through. They forgot my biscuit. Called up there to let them know and they had an attitude about fixing the order. How do you inconvenience someone and then give them attitude when they have to drive back to the restaurant and wait for food again that’s already been paid for? Bad service.

We have tried to go to jack’s Homewood to dine in twice and have waited 30 minutes to order our food and actually left twice bc no one will take our order inside. workers do not acknowledge our presence. They take drive through orders but do not take care about servicing inside orders. We have left twice and will not be back to this location.

Good and service here has declined drastically. The new buns on the burgers are hard and the employee service is at best okay. They are not friendly at all. I use to live Jack's, but now this is not a place I want to eat at anymore.
