Taco Bell In Birm - Brook Highland

When I order my food n got home it was wrong. Ask for fire sauce the cashier said they were out. I went back up there n told them my food was made wrong, went inside n they had fire sauce. Went back home and my nacho belgrande was made wrong, went back to restaurant n told them my belgrande was made wrong, n ask for fire sauce manager went to back and got me some fire sauce n I told her that the cashier said that y'all were out of fire sauce. The manager didn't apologize n the customer service was horrible. I will not be going back to that restaurant anymore.

This location need to be shut down or NEW MANAGEMENT I watched the lady worker push trash down in the trash can and then start making the food with the same Nasty gloves on , I will never eat here !!

Pathetic, couldn't get a receipt. Machine broken? Kept my card, sat in line with no way put for 30 minutes.

We were in line for 45 minutes. At 9 p.m....on Monday. But that still didn't warrant someone throwing things at the nice cashier. She was shaken up the rest of the night. She needs a raise cause other cashiers on third Ave are terrible. Especially Popeyes and Mickey Ds. Step it back up night shift. Yall are the only good restaurant on the block.
