I love this place. It’s a clean environment to eat. Everything is made fresh to order and all of the toppings and fixing are fresh!! The Lady name Laura is very sweet and helpful. I love her when I go in there

We decided to try a new place and came here this week. The process was simple and you order as you go (like chipotle). There was one gentleman there (who I am guessing is the owner) who explained us how it works. You pick your base, followed by meat and then toppings and sauces. He also recommended doing a signature bowl as the dish is already designed with the right flavors. We went for the salmon and tuna! The servers were extremely generous and helped us with any questions we had. The bowls tasted good but I think there is room for improvement in terms of flavor. I felt as though a certain zing was missing which would really set the bowls apart! Overall it was good, and they have ton of flavors to explore. I will definitely give it another shot and try something else from the big menu they have.

Food use to be better here. Our rice was hard but the rest was alright….the customer service was pure garbage. Right at arrival, not greeted with a smile but instead with a stank face by the girl working. As we began to order, the girl was rushing us extremely impatient and constantly saying “anything else” over and over and over every second after picking something out for our bowls as if she wanted us out asap!! Was going to eat inside after ordering but after that, i couldn’t wait to take our food to go!! Bummer…

01/20 update- I hate to lower my review but the two girls (one has glasses, one has colored hair)who work evenings have brought the experience down significantly. They’re always huddled laughing in the kitchen and staring at you when you walk in. They don’t greet you at all, they just start working on your bowl. I’ve seen people walk in while my bowl is being made and I almost feel like I need to greet them myself because it’s so uncomfortable. Update: still 5 stars every time! Always delicious and fresh. Jack helped me today and was super friendly, peppy, and answered a few questions I had about the app. I love this place! Original review: Very helpful and kind employees! They made my night. My bowl was delicious and the drinks they serve there are wonderful!! Definitely coming back soon.
