Contribuisci feedbackI've been to this starbucks 3 times now. The first 2 times I was ignored by the employee while she chatted with her friend for several minutes before acknowledging me. This most recent visit there was no barista at all. I stood around for several minutes and never saw an employee.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could! The Barista was incredibly rude, using Venti cups instead of handing me a cup and only filling it halfway, claiming that was the amount for a Grande. She then proceeded to tap her nails on the counter, ignoring my drink order. I placed the order on a mobile app 15-20 minutes prior, but she didn't start making it until I came in to confirm I was fine with Venti cups. Ridiculous! I had to go there because I accidentally selected the location inside the metro market instead of a regular store. I will not be returning.
My family and I visited Starbucks, but unfortunately, they did not serve us. Despite telling us they were closed, they took two other orders ahead of us from walk-in customers. Starbucks, please improve your service.
Doesn’t adhere to open hours. Went in at noon and the guy at the deli counter informed me they were closed, and that they had been closed since he got in that day.
When we got there they were out of the refreshers but told us other options to try which was appreciated! while getting our order taken the person sounded rude over the headset. but otherwise this starbucks isn't do bad the workers are nice! wish they had more refreshers at the time!
