Domino's Pizza - Brooklyn

The food came hot and all the slices were cut. These guys brought my food into a flash. I tracked my order with the Dominos app. Well done

This establishment is HORRIBLE! Do not recommend. Ever since the new management took over , it’s been downhill ever since. They literally mess up your order all of the time. They didn’t even realize that my food was made incorrectly until I said something. When I spoke about the situation nobody tried to help me at first. I went to pick up my order and they didn’t help me until 10 minutes later. They looked at me and kept talking upon each other. This establishment is 0/10. Makes not want to order from the company because of the horrible treatment at this location.

They sent me Old food that was someone else's order. They put a different label over the other. They lost a Customer. Greasy burnt bread with Cold pizza is what they sent me for $30. Absolutely outrageous, follow customers don't patronize business that don't care about the community or have employees who live in the community. This is completely unacceptable. Also to the driver YAS you need to watch how you speak to people. I personally had to tell him don't Yell at me when answering a question I asked. But everyone is not as patience as me...You could find yourself in a bad situation one day. Learn how to talk to people or leave the service industry.

NOBODY EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE! Forgot my soda. Then the delivery guy tried to call the store and they didn’t pick up so he just gave me $2 to reimburse me for the soda which I paid $3 for. Also they forgot my dipping cup. Hung up the phone more than twice. Took over an hour to deliverer and the store is only 1 block away from me.

Their quality is not consistent. sometimes they make very good pizza, sometimes terrible. sometimes they also supply cold pizza. once mistaken with my order made and false items delivered. overall I think good.
