Grand Canyon - Brooklyn

I had a chicken fajitas wrap at this restaurant and I think the food could be improved. However, I did enjoy the atmosphere and the attentive staff.

I contacted the Grand Canyon Bistro to arrange a special surprise for my brother's 30th birthday, as he was away on business. The front desk staff at the hotel and the restaurant staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make his day memorable. A big thank you to the wonderful woman I spoke with at the Grand Canyon Bistro - your help was greatly appreciated.

Please be cautious when dining at this restaurant. On 07/04/2023, my party and I arrived at around 9:00 am and were the only customers at that time, which was unusual for Brooklyn. The server was polite and the food arrived promptly. However, towards the end of our meal, we encountered a small roach crawling across our table. After removing it, another one appeared from the condiment stand. To add to our disappointment, we were surprised by an 18% service surcharge added to our bill, which we were not aware of when ordering. Despite seeing the cost on the menu, we did not expect this extra charge. Instead of getting into an argument, we have decided not to return to this restaurant and have chosen to leave this review.

Terrible service; the waiters don't know the menu; the food is processed and does not taste good. There is no good customer service and they force you to pay 6 dollars for a service charge.

Recently stayed in downtown Brooklyn for a work trip and had planned a dinner here for the group; convenient as it’s connected to the hotel but food is ok/average. Did in expect a little more? Perhaps, considering it’s NYC. It’s typical American fare but sadly lacked flavor. At least my steak was cooked properly.
