Although I made this reservation to be added to the wait list in advance of my arrival, I still had to wait 1 hour to be seated. Additionally, since I had never gone through this process, upon my arrival I checked in with the hostess and she was so impatient, appeared to be overwhelmed and could not give me an accurate answer on how long my wait would be since I was on the wait list. It was a Saturday night and the waiting area was crowded. It seemed too much for the 3 hostess at the entrance to handle. I could not get a sense of the order or process in which patrons were being called to be seated. After being called to be seated I had to ask, after 15 minutes had passed, who our waiter was because no one had come to introduce themselves to my family and I as our waiter for the evening. It turns out the very girl I asked about this was in fact our waitress. I ordered, a salmon dish and after a half hour I was brought lobster tails. Instead of taking the entire dish back, the waitress had me simply pick up each lobster tail and place it on a different plate for her to bring out my salmon 40 minutes later. Additionally, my appetizer was never delivered to my table. But, I was charged for the appetizer and had to go through an entire process to have it removed. With all that, everything tasted like a reheated frozen dinner. The cheddar biscuits were acceptable. But, my family and I will not be supporting this restaurant again. Between the rude staff, long wait to be seated or served and TV dinner tasting food a visit here is just not worth it. There are TOO MANY other great restaurants in Brooklyn that would cater to their guests having a great time for my family and I to go through this experience again.
Service was mediocre. Food was luke warm when it reached the table and cold before we could get done eating. The wait staff was not very attentive
The waitress offered poor service, I had to go asked for her to come to the table when were seated. It seemed like she did not want to be there at all very low energy.
Mandee was our server, and we couldn’t have been happier to have her again. Some of our family members had the pleasure of interacting with her on a previous visit, and we were thrilled to see her back. She truly made our experience special, and now we know that whenever we visit Red Lobster, we must request her as our server!
