Udom Thai And Bar - Brooklyn

July 31,2022 I went to this restaurant for the first time and truthfully it felt like home . I was having a rough day with my friend and was going to take the food to go but my friend insisted we stay so we did . The rice was fresh and amazing . And it?svery hard to get duck fried rice yet here you have it . Besides that great tea and drinks . The music was so soothing andrelaxing the bathroom was clean and the food was affordable. I personally kept the pictures to share with the world so theywon?t forget how happy they made me feel with there kindness and professionalism. You won?t regret it if you stop by and got theduck .

To be honest the food and the customer service at Udom Thai used to be second to none. You could buy over $30 in food which in my opinion is pretty decent and they would offer you a free iced tea. Now whenever I call the woman is always rushing and shenever take the time to listen to what j have to say. Many times I request certain items and pay for them only to never receivethem then when I call they always tell me next time they will add it on the house that never happens. As per the food it usedto super delicious but I don't know if it's because they have gotten busier but in my humble opinion the quality went down abit. It's a pity that loyal customers like myself who have ordering from this establishment from day one when they first openedis simply treated like number. For now I guess I cam tolerate the customer service but not sure about that in the future. WIll Irecommend them to family and friends? That remains to be seem. Hopefully their customer service will get better and maybe theywill include some kind of appreciation for repeat customers. Let's see.

I have enjoyed the food here for years! I have brought my kids to dine in however I almost always order to go as I am usually on the move. Admittedly, I have a select number of dishes that I end up ordering but I truly look forward to them. The proprietorhas always been a delight to interact with and patrons look happy whenever I enter. Try the Chicken Curry Puffs appetizer!

The food is tasty and the customer service is excellent at this wonderful restaurant. It's a great spot to dine in or order takeout. The ambiance is delightful.

Average atmosphere. No fancy amenities. This is not my top choice restaurant in Brooklyn, but there are many qualities that make it a popular spot...
