Vamos Al Tequila - Brooklyn

I absolutely adore the food at this restaurant! My go-to dish is the Burrito Azul, the ground beef is perfectly seasoned and it comes with a side of spicy cilantro sauce. The portion sizes are generous, so I always end up taking leftovers home. The Nacho Grande is also delicious. The service is fast and friendly, and I would give it an A+ rating!

I absolutely adore this place! I ordered the chicken tostadas, red posole, and a peach margarita. The chicken was so tasty and juicy, it really exceeded my expectations. The posole was a generous portion and incredibly delicious. The peach margarita and outstanding service will definitely bring me back here again soon!

I 've been coming to Vamos Al Tequila since I first moved to Greenpoint in 2013. I 've delayed writing a review because I was trying to keep the best kept secret in Greenpoint to myself. After 10 years of coming here, I 'm ready to share my list of favorites. First of all, the best Crunchy Ground Beef Tacos are found here. They also recently added empanadas to their menu!!! If you 're in the mood for a good burger, The Al Pastor burger is insanely decadent. As a Mexican National, I can testify to the fact that the Black Bean and Cheese Tamales, are spectacular! Sadly I can 't share any photos of their amazing Green Soup because I was busy eating it while it was still hot. I love the fact that Vamos Al Tequila is family run. They really care about the quality of their ingredients.

By far my favorite place in the neighborhood for Mexican food. Super consistent and friendly staff always make it enjoyable.
