Oak Texas Grill Brownsville

It was our first time trying this restaurant and it was DELICIOUS. We had the ceviche verde and it was bomb. My absolute favorite thing here was the house made salsa made with habanero. Our server told us it is made by the servers so make sure to ask yours for some.However, be careful. It is super super spicy!! Definitely YUMMY. I would go back just for that lol

We are Winter Texans, found your restaurant by luck, we love the place: 1) they are very friendly and try to meet one's needed 2) place very clean 3) the food great and love the complimentary shrimp broth 4) we will miss them til we go back south again

Had an early dinner there today with my family. Table waiting from a reservation made earlier..overall service and quality of food was very good. Especially good the corn tortillas were amazing.If you have not tried this place out you should..its one of the city's best kept secrets.Made it very special for my mom's birthday..great place to enjoy some really good food on her 91st Birthday!

The stuffed crab and the shrimp cocktail tasted good and the fries. Ordered the platter for 2 but the fried fish and fried shrimp had no taste. They were missing something in the batter/breading. The oysters were ok. Not for me.
