Wingstop - Brownsville

This wingstop they treated me with disrespect. I made an order on the phone, first they told me i had to pay it over the phone because they no longer accept orders just like that and then pay at the store so i did an online order and paid but the payment wasnt going through . So i went to go check and they had both orders mind you. I wanted all my wings drums and crispy! When i got there i told them i asked for all drums and their like no? U asked for classics ? Im like online classic is all drums and they told me that wasnt their problem that classic is mixed ! And the wings werent crispy! They were giving me faces and attitude and i did not like it ! I want my money back! I didnt enjoy my food !

Food is good, they never answer the phone, and they sound like there mad because they are working. Takes it out on the customers

They never answer the phone. Made an order and it took like one hour and fifteen minutes. That's crazy.

Worst wing stop ever. Horrible customer service. RUN. Spend your money elsewhere.

We placed our order for extra crispy wings, waited half an hour and while others were getting their order first even tho they came in after us. Others should not be getting our order first when they came in after us. We just got a refund and left. Terrible customer service.
