Shalimar - Broxtowe

This restaurant is definitely the worst place to visit. I strongly advise staying away.

My friend and I visited Shalimar about a month ago for some curry. We asked the chef for suggestions and he recommended the Boatman Fish Curry, which we found intriguing. We also ordered a seafood biryani. The food was absolutely amazing! We were so impressed that we now order from Shalimar every few weeks.

There were numerous hairs in my meal, which was disgusting.

Always order from these. They are not the closest to Eastwood but the food quality and taste is so much better. The naan bread is always moist and never stale. Food is always hot when it arrives. The fact you get rice or a naan free with a main is amazing as no other Indian takeaway I know offers this. The prices are reasonable and the delivery driver is friendly. Will keep ordering from here.
