Arby's - Brunswick

Too bad that every time I go somewhere, I have to check my order! In these days they give you what they want you to have, I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and received a double chocolate chip cookie that I cannot stand. And I always find out when I'm at work and can't go back. I thought the point of accuracy was that I don't have to check my order because they should give me the right order before it is handed over to me, but everywhere I go, I always get the wrong order and if I don't check it, then I'm just screwed!

This place was clean and a broad selection of food items. My meal of premium chicken nuggets was hot and the fries were too. Taste was great and I'll have those again at another time.

Drive thru...their Greek sandwich as well as Ruben are hard to beat. Service depends on who is in front of you. Curley fries are awesome!!!

I wish I had gotten her name, but the young lady that took our order last Sunday afternoon around 4pm or so was exceptional! She was the model of what a customer wants when they go to a restaurant. I had stopped by with my 6 year old son for lunch before heading home. I initially thought this was going to be like the majority of my experience at fast food chains. Underwhelming food served by people whom obviously don’t want to be there. However, this young lady was polite, professional, accommodating and an all around pleasant person. She was very kind to my son whom is naturally very shy… but she even got him to open up a little. That’s saying something! Lol He had even mentioned when we were walking to our vehicle, “she was nice”! Even if our food had been “underwhelming”, I would return again just because of the customer service alone. Thankfully, our food was good as well! I don’t live in Brunswick anymore, but when I am there I will definitely be coming back there. As I said, I wasn’t able to get her name due to the fact that she was busy with her coworkers at the time, and I didn’t want to interrupt. I don’t know if she was the shift supervisor or not… but that lady deserves a raise!

Thank you for later hours! I finished laundry late and needed to eat. The food was fresh and hot the spot! The drive through guy was polite and energetic.
