The bartender who served me was very friendly, fast, professional and had great conversation with everyone at the bar. For somewhere in the basement of a building, I was surprisingly shocked how amazing the service was. The fish tacos she recommended put my experience through the roof!!! .
Food is cheap and sooo delicious! Gringo Burger for me, grilled cheese and pommes for my boy. You can complete a simple grilled cheese, and that was perfect! The waitress was very attentive and has a great attitude. I am very happy with my experience
Interesting mix, I think the owners share an Irish Central American love of food in this original cellar hiding place! We enjoyed the Tex-Mex food several times in recent years. Usually there is no waiting for a table, and the service is good. You go either a flight of stars on the front or back of this restaurant. . has a cozy Cheers Bar type of atmosphere, with a variety of neon characters (beer marks) on the wall. Our group of 4 sits fast, with a server telling us the list of beers. I want to see more of the darker beers. Everyone in our group has expressed joy with the various entrees. The fish tacos were fresh, my wife loved her salmon, I usually order the combination Fajitas! I was disappointed that they did not serve shrimp as an option. The steak strips were cut to thin and overcooked, but the chicken was perfect. My friend ordered Enchiladas and was satisfied! About a good experience and a good service.
I had my birthday dinner here. Great sizzling steak! Really good tortilla chips and salsa. It is difficult to find and a bit treacherous to get to if you have any difficulty with balance or stamina. Two in my party LOVE, LOVE, LOVED the margaritas. Friendly staff.
