The Bistro At The Everett - Bryson City

Phenomenal Restaurant!!! Food and service were incredible. The ambience was perfect and they really kept things safe and clean. No squeezing in as many people as possible. I completely recommend a reservation as its really popular. If in the area, this restaurant is a MUST! I'm glad to go back to Bryson so we can eat here again.

Unbelievable from the outside, and not ostentatious inside, this picturesque little bistro is a real jewel in an unlikely location. Greetings at the front door with smiles and cordial greetings, assured that they were glad to me even without reservation (what is recommended). The server arrived at moments with filled water, ready to take a drink order or make recommendations. Everything on the menu sounded delicious, which made it hard to choose. My server was gratefully familiar with everything and ready to add details or make recommendations. I started with herbal crust goat cheese with a fig jam and olive oil cracker, paired with a milk neck. The cheese was delicious, and the fig jam smoothed it perfectly. Entree was her lumper crab cake over garlic roasted maize, pollinated with smoked salmon and finished with a blackberry cook. Grab the chef's suggestion and pair it with a dry cherry cake. I was curious how the Koulis would fit with the crab cake, and it was lovely. It added a brightness that was only increased by the cedar. The crab cake itself was moist and solid with large lumps of crab meat. Delicious on your own, but amazing with the flowers. I come to this area for vacation every May, and this bistro will be added to my list of regular spots. Must be back!

We had the Absolute BEST meal last night at Everette Bistro. I would say it was the highlight of our trip to Bryson City. Kristen was our server and she has done an excellent job that drilled through the menu and made some great suggestions on things we missed on the menu. She was extremely knowledgeable both from the food and drink menu, very timely, intuitive for our needs, and was so friendly for our children. She made the night spectacular and the food was delicious from this world. We can't wait to come back.

Excellent experience. We had a reservation outside, but it was a little cool. They offered us a table. The food was wonderful. It was our anniversary and they made it very special. Even a free dessert. Mary was our waitress and she was wonderful. Very friendly.

This review is for dessert only although I have been here for dinner on the past and it was amazing! We had just had a very disappointing winter at another restaurant up the street and decided to come here for dessert. We had the toasted almond ball again and also tried the fresh strawberry cheesecake. The almond ball is a humongous ball of vanilla ice cream covered in toasted almonds and drizzled with chocolate sauce. It is AMAZING! The strawberry cheesecake was dark, not reddish pink but tasted great! Would highly recommend both these desserts!
