Epoch Vegan Burger - Budapest

This is an excellent vegan option. I loved the chips. The place is not very big if you want to stay, but the service is very quick if you want to take it to go.

I was amazed with the amount of vegan places in Budapest, so decided to try this place and all in all decent food. The burger wasn't wow for me but I loved the chips.

Pretty good fast food place, service was great but as it's fast food, don't expect quality They put way too much sauce in my burger and the patty kept slipping out and got my hands dirty And the apple juice was undrinkable I'm afraid, can't put my finger on why, it was just really really bad.

Amazing Burgers with a lot of different possibilities. Fries are great. The only thing we are missing is kinds of Salad. For me, the taste of the Epoch-Burger is unbelievable good. Please come to Germany.

You get to pick if you want a single or double patty burger, and then you get to chose what the patties are made out of: bean (their meat), oat, wheat (it’s kind of seitan-y but not quite) or mushroom. Based on the cashiers recommendation, we first we got a dupla classic with two bean patties and then an almond dupla with two mushroom patties, both were fantastic. The patties didn’t taste like bean or mushroom nor like mock meat, but like some awesome substitute altogether. The texture was perfect. We then went back for the bbq dupla with one wheat and one oat patty and those were excellent also, even though I am partial to the bean and mushroom. The food is served on trays and in boxes or wrappers like at Burger King. The food was amazing and very fast- really hits the spot for the weary traveler. 10/10 recommend
