Jersey Mike's Subs - Budd Lake

Food is usually ok, today they forgot the hot sauce on a buffalo chicken cheesesteak. Service is not good, online ordering a real pain. There were a good amount of flies in the store too so yeah not sure I'll be back.

This restaurant is truly wonderful. It's spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly! They go out of their way to ensure your order is prepared just the way you want it, and you can really sense the care that goes into each dish. Mike, the cashier, was particularly helpful, and every member of the team is warm and welcoming!

The service is consistently excellent, and the food is fantastic. The prices are great, and everything is always prepared exactly as requested.

I arrived here around 8:30 PM after a long day of driving. The staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly friendly! I ordered a Chipotle chicken sub, which turned out to be one of the cheesiest and most delicious subs I've ever tasted. I definitely plan to return if I’m ever in the area again.

The customer service was outstanding. I think her name was Amanda, and she was the one slicing the meat. She followed my request perfectly—I prefer my cold cuts sliced very thin. I've had less pleasant experiences at other Jersey Mike's, so this was a refreshing change. Overall, it’s a fantastic location with very friendly staff.
