Pizza Hut Express - Buena Park

Location was fast, efficient and good. Busy location call ahead.

Spent $158 before tip and the manager samantha wouldn't comp any dipping sauce. We ordered 36 wings and they don't come with any sauce. I was in a spot and had to just order, but will not be using Pizza Hut again. If their policy is that sauce is extra when you order wings which always have sauce and then you spend a fair amount of money and the customer service skills are nothing they don't earn my company's business again.

Tried the new PIZZA MELT Meat lover but I took out the bacon, ham, and pork) today. Honestly, I think I came into with too high of an expectation. I was hoping to indulge in a hot, melting, cheese pulley type of sandwich. Something like a hot pocket but better and bigger. As you can tell from the picture it was nothing close to that. It was pretty salty and a bit hard. Oh wells, tried it and now I know never to order it again. I gave it a 3 star because I like their pizza. Oh, I would also like to note that ranch is $1.00 for a small dipping sauce. Big RIP OFF!

I ordered cheese pizza without sauce today from Pizza Hut in Lakewood (12602 Del Amo Blvd). For the 4th time in the last couple of months I get it with sauce. I had to drive back everytime to get a replacement. All I get in return is, I m sorry , as if it will pay for my time and gas taking double trips. I don 't know why they can 't make a simple pizza right everytime. I 'd say, dumb personnel making the same mistake so many times and can 't learn anything because it doesn 't cost them anything. I 'm not going back to that place again, after 20 years or so.Lyster

Made me wrong pizza order I ask vegetarian pizza I got it with Ham. And couldn't replace it
