Little Caesars Pizza

Just went into get my order, and oh excuse me I’m a little late, the machine to “skip the line” said under maintenance on the screen, so i waited till the cashier older fellow was free, asked for the pickup, I told him about the machine, and his response it’s because your late. Excuse me while I go f myself, so it’s my fault that the machine said under maintenance and I could not enter the code?3 7 2024 7 8pm who ever was the cashier, the older guy, stay home if you can’t even offer a bit of human empathy, I don’t know how your day is going but you don’t need to be the face of customer service with an attitude like the one displayed today.

Guy with the glasses (assuming to be the manager) hates his job. Seems to think he's above his customers despite being a manager at Little Caesars. Needs humbling. Disrespectful attitude and energy anytime I've gone here. Gets mad when customers come in, waits for them to leave, etc. So don't expect to be served fast if there's more than 2 people waiting already.Also, despite the entire motto for this place being Hot n Ready, half the time... It's not Hot n Ready.Regarding the food, It's not the worst. Sometimes It's good, sometimes It's not. I'd say most of the time It turns out to be okay. If you're looking for something cheap, It'll do the job. But honestly the wait time the horrible customer service isn't worth it. Just go to Kroger and buy a frozen pizza for the same price.

No hot and ready. Time before this the pizza was soggy. Very odd. On top of that bread sticks are like 5$ with a pizza

I love the fact that we can prepare our pizza any way we like, that's awesome. Now that we order on line the service is much faster and appears to be even more organized. The staff is very helpful and has no problem explaining how the new way works so that you can prepare, order, and pay all on your phone. The only thing I have a complaint about is that you can't pay with cash and I don't always keep money on my card so to me sometimes its an inconvenience to find somewhere right then to add money to my card before I can even place my order. As far as great food, we'll just know...THEY ROCK!

Bought a single pepperoni pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce selected. What I got was a very overcooked pizza with the cheese sauce on the side. Gonna use a different location next time.
