Chipotle Mexican Grill - Buffalo

I frequent this restaurant daily/weekly, and it is the best spot in Western New York. The staff is welcoming, the food is consistently excellent, and it always surpasses my expectations. No other chipotle compares to this one. I have had unpleasant experiences at other locations, but I always return to this one. Keep it up!

I think the experience in this store is excellent. Staff are very friendly, everyone on the line welcomes us. My wife has celiac disease when she tells the server that they change gloves and take their order throughout the line. She made NIE sick in this store, making my visit the most pleasant. Of course, I also find the food great.

I drove all the way from Fort Erie, Ontario to this Chipotle restaurant and I must say, the food was absolutely amazing. I ordered a bowl and the portion was so generous that I was able to enjoy it for lunch the next day. It was the best Chipotle I have ever had. However, like many other reviews mentioned, the staff seemed to be overwhelmed with orders in the back, so there was a slight delay in being served. Nevertheless, I did not have to wait long and had no complaints. The workers were very respectful and overall, I would definitely make the drive again for another meal at this restaurant.
