Ricotta's Pizza Niagara - Buffalo

I have a love hate relationship with this restaurant.i want to live it since it's up the street but it's meh. My fries be cold and chicken finger be to hard by the time I get them. My husband steak doesn't have enough steak for the price of the sandwich I can make him one at home of better quality. Then driver's wants tips and we're told I had a whole bunch of orders. We're around the corner huh. I like the food when it's hot and decent.

Dirty. Terrible service. Pizza dough was raw, and wings were rubbery. Also tasted like dirty fryer oil. So many better pizza places in the area. Avoid this one at all costs. Numerous healthcode violations.

Placed an order online and got the wrong order. Refused to give me a partial refund or give me credit towards another order. Wings were greasy and soggy. Pizza reminds me of Chucke Cheese. Not good at all. Shady with credit card payments. Would not recommend. Definitely NOT trying to get free food from this place like the owner like to write on EVERY negative review....very mature btw. Just warning others about the poor quality food and even worse customer service.

Nice place great friendly staff. Great food tried pizza sub chicken finger sub and wings and was never disappointed. They do have 2 tables for indoor dining. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend
