Contribuisci feedbackI've been a long time Tim Hortons customer, but unfortunately I'll no longer be going since it seems like they're moving in the wrong direction for quality food. Recently, I was told by their staff that they removed the fresh fruit option, with the only side option for healthy choices being yogurt... So now, I can't offer my kids any healthy options. Update: even worse now. Staff is usually friendly, but they're quality is going even further downhill. Today I found an eggshell in my breakfast wrap. And not a small piece. Like a quarter rof an egg.
Morning crew is awful. We get the same iced coffees almost every day they?re never ever consistent. I?m not sure what?s so hard to make a triple triple mocha iced coffee with granulated sugar but morning crew needs to do better. It?s quite embarrassing. Night crew though is amazing the nicest humans ever deserve the world for being the best.
Had a bunch of gift cards. Figured, time to use some of them up and thin out the wallet. Staff was very receptive and engaging. Had a steak and cheese panini, vanilla iced cappuccino. Saving the blueberry muffin for later. Hostess offered to consolidate my remaining gift cards. That was very nice!
I got charged for a cup of ice water and when i asked about it i got an extremely rude manager. i have no problem paying 27 cents for ice water. but when i ask why all the sudden there?s a charge i don?t need to attitude. worst tim?s ever.
I live three minutes away from this location but I am searching for a new Tim Hortons in the area ASAP because I always feel extremely bad when I leave this one. The big lady at the counter is extremely rude every morning and always gives me an attitude. I?ve seen her being nice to other customers so I know she has it in her. Smh
