The owner, Amanda, made sure I had everything I needed. The restaurant/pub is the highlight of the place! The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and the service makes you feel like a regular. Don't miss out on trying the Endako Warrior drop-shot!
My experience at the Endako Bar under new ownership was disappointing. On my recent visit, I encountered multiple issues. First, they were out of milk for my White Russian drink, so I had to choose a different option. The calamari appetizer came without the accompanying tzatziki sauce as the fridge had not been stocked. When the fish and chips arrived, the fish portion was minimal and one piece was just batter with no fish inside. The fries were made from green potatoes, which was unappetizing. Additionally, another group was informed that there were no wings available for their order. It seems that the restaurant has consistency issues with the quality of food and considering the high prices, it was not worth the experience. I will not be returning to the Endako Bar after being disappointed twice in separate visits.

We had previously tried dinner at the Endako Bar just after new ownership had taken over. While we had a couple issues with our visit, we chalked them up to "growing pains"-however, it was enough that we didn't go back until today. We ordered drinks (White Russian for myself), only to be told a few minutes later that there was no milk. Ok, order different drink. No big deal. We ordered an appy of calamari, and it arrived at our table minus any tzatziki sauce - no yogurt to make the sauce, as fridge had not been stocked up for the week. Finally, when our fish and chips arrived, I received one piece of fish and 1 piece of just batter (no fish in it), and all of our fries were clearly made out of potatoes that had lots of green on them (not appetizing at all).To top it off, another group that was in there came for the "wing Wednesday" special, only to be told 10 minutes after they arrived that there were no wings available. I love to support local restaurants, but it seems to be a reoccurring issue here of quality of food (especially considering the high price). Needless to say, I don't think we will be going back here again - two times disappointed, months apart, is enough for us.
