I went to Rowers for dinner. The room on the ground floor had no ambiance at all, it felt like being in a garage. I ordered a west coast cooler, which cost $10 - a ridiculously high price. The bartender/waiter was only there sporadically. The food was not served properly, one person received their meal after most of us had already finished. Some people were not happy with their dishes. Overall, there is a lot of room for improvement.
The menu didn’t excite my palette first and the idea of a garlic bread as a entree was such a ‘70s idea that I was disappointed. chicken breast filled with scalopps and garnel sounded beautiful, but 2 small scallops and 1 prawn later my...meal disappointed. the veg I always look forward to was simple and damped. no cooking treatment to tickle the palette. yes, I was disappointed
Respects a private function was not served earlier when it was taken away. quantity and quality of food was very bad. the service of some employees was less than sub optimal. as if we were an inconvenience that we took so fast that...the function that will be terminated, the people felt that encouraged to leave would certainly not book in the bundaberg rowers club if I organized a function.
The food at this restaurant was disappointing, with dry, overcooked dishes and undercooked potatoes. The microwaved desserts were also not up to par. Overall, I would give the service 2 stars.
