Hook Burger - Burbank

The burgers are sooo yummy!!! Great food for the price!!!! It's kinda a self seating place so not much interaction with the employees only when they bring the food to you. Visiting from Az so this was close to our hotel. We will definitely visit again when we go back.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burger was very good

I stopped by a couple of days ago for lunch and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience. Given the competitive burger scene in LA, I expected more. I ordered the mushroom burger on their suggestion. Despite being one of the more expensive options, it barely had five slices of mushroom, and the meat tasted like a frozen burger from Costco. The fries were processed, unflavored, and nothing special. I don’t understand why some places serve tasteless processed fries instead of real potatoes. The burger buns also were not especial. I guess there are more options with better food and prices are in the neighborhood so they better improve quality.

Delicious food! Great service. Not only were we greeted happily, employees also passed by frequently to ask if we needed anything. The burgers were juicy, salad was great, everything was worth a second visit. Which was also delicious! Parking: Handicap spots near door, but it's hit or miss that any will be open. It's a busy area. Wheelchair accessibility: Fair wheelchair accessibility. Flat entry.

Food is OK, customer service is almost 0. If you ask for anything the waitresses will say OK and leave and never come back! You can experiment with this ,it’s pretty fun lol come back and leave a feed back here. Btw ranch is acting as golden display, they might give you one if they really like you. Also: shrink inflation has been inflated this place
