Swan Island Fish - Burntwood

Visited last night all staff very friendly an the food was amazing the kebab meat was very tasty an the chips were the best I’ve had yet will definitely be returning well done all at sankeys

On a very basic level I would expect a chip shop owner to know the difference between cod and haddock. But this was not to be the case. . I specifically asked for cod and chips. When I got home I realised I'd been sold haddock. I don't like haddock. It went in the bin. One meal ruined. Thanks for that! I will never go to this shop again.

4 pm wanted an early tea and I have to say won’t be going again!! Chips were dried up and I don’t know what fish they use but not nice I haven’t been in a while but thought we would try it again and it will be the last time!!

After having always had great food from here the last two visits resulted in incorrect orders being received. However after talking to the staff about it who were genuinely sorry. I had a nice little discount off tonight's order. It was also perfect. Thanks sankeys fish shop. Great customer service
