Costa Coffee - Bury

1st time at this shop. Service was slow for a midweek. Empty tables not cleared. But what was more disturbing was a male staff member going round clearing the tables with his jeans underneath his backside with boxer shorts on full view. Tell Chris to buy a belt it's not a good look.

In comparison to my previous assessment, I have observed a remarkable improvement in the overall service quality. In particular, I would like to commend Olga for her exceptional customer service skills. She consistently demonstrates a positive and welcoming attitude, along with prompt and efficient service. Furthermore, I have noticed a general enhancement in the performance of the new employees, which reflects positively on Costco's efforts in staff training and development. Overall, I am highly impressed with the positive transformation that has taken place.

Not a bad place to stop for coffee. Friendly staff.

Clean and staff lovely very busy but didn't wait to long to be served

Waited for 20 mins with only one person in front of me with one lady member of staff. Then a chap came along and served people that just walked in. I told him I was waiting first he ignored me. So I went to neros. Cheaper and much more friendly.
