Contribuisci feedbackGood service, they laughed at our jokes, however i could not be more disappointed in the spelling of my ethnic name. we spelt it out for them so we think that this is just a blatant act of racism. also i order bbq sauce for my pizza and received none! i’m allergic to normal pizza sauce so i almost died when i ate it. unacceptable
Order placed online at 7:06pm, original ETA was 7:50pm. Called store at 7:56pm as the tracker updated to ETA of 9:47pm. Was told they were busy but it wouldn 't be that late but we were not given any other ETA. Order not received until 8:57pm. Delivery driver was polite and apologetic for the delay, but almost 2hrs to receive a pizza seems a bit over the top when we are 1.5km from the store. Food quality was thankfully ok.
This is about the coupons, so it will change if things change. It used to be well priced if you went online and got a good code/deal, but since the new owners have arrived it looks like they have blocked 'all ' codes that actually make them worth using.
Deplorable! Do not go here. Terrible customer service. Wasn’t able to even have the three pizzas that we ordered (booked online) and when I went to pick up they had the door locked and would not let me inside the store to pay and pick up. There was about 10 delinquent kids hanging around and running in and out of the back of the store yelling out at me. The police were called and I was told to move on. I’m actually in complete shock.
Consistently disappointed. The last order I got was burned, but clearly I didn’t learn my lesson. Last night the driver is half an hour late, 15 minutes after it was marked as 'complete ', so my cheese garlic bread is cold and the chips have the consistency of cardboard both chucked in the bin. At least the tenders were still good, but that’s thanks to my microwave and Franks Hot Sauce, nothing to do with Dominos.
