Contribuisci feedbackI visited this restaurant while my elderly mother was in the hospital getting tests done after a fall. The customer service was decently friendly, although the toasting machine was not working. But at that moment, I had more pressing concerns on my mind. The food was good overall.
The toaster at this sandwich shop never seems to be working, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, the customer service is generally lacking and they often do not have all the ingredients or breads available. Overall, it's a very disappointing dining experience.
This Subway location is the most disorganized I have ever experienced. The staff clearly need proper training and the owner has a poor attitude. They seem unable to smile or demonstrate any work ethic. I observed the owner's daughter walking around behind the counter and entering the cool room, which is unhygienic. Additionally, a majority of the soft drinks at the self-serve dispenser were not working. I am concerned about the possibility of getting food poisoning from this establishment. They say "don't regret anything in life," but I regret spending my money here.
Wanted a BMT and one Buffalo wings however, no wheat bread, could not be toasted, then told no old English cheese then to top it off no buffalo wings. Such a disappointing experience and want be back. Feel sorry for the two young guys having to apologise for the owners poor management.
Had a new young kid trying his best to make and complete my order- poor kid received no help from the manager and clearly has had no training and absolutely no support from the lady manager- atrocious!!! Very rude and ignorant
